Original Fee Receipt for the Academic year / Remittance advice from the bank, if payment is made to a foreign institute.

A photocopy of the birth Certificate.

Student’s age should not be greater than 27 years, as on date of admission to collage / institute.

Attested photocopy of the passing mark sheet of the academic year for which the scholarship applied for from the collage / university.

Photocopy of Bonafide Certificate from the collage / institution for the academic year or course completion certificate.

Photocopy of seaman’s CDC and Retirement proof if applicable.

Photocopy of the Death Certificate, if the seaman has expired.

Photocopy of the front page of the Bank Passbook and cheque leaf OR if seaman has expired, photocopy of Bank Passbook and cheque leaf of his wife’s bank account.

Please attach passport size photograph of seaman and student, OR if seaman has expired, photograph of his wife.

Application form should be submitted WITHIN SIX month from the date of issue.

Application should be submitted WITHIN ONE YEAR from date of admission to college / institution.
